For California Residents: Subject to any exceptions or limitations, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”) provides California residents with the right to opt-out of the sharing of personal information by 10 Squared, LLC to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. 10 Squared, LLC will endeavor to act on your request to exercise these rights as soon as feasibly possible, but in no event later than 15 business days after the date we receive your request. We may deny your request for reasons permitted under the CCPA, including if we have good-faith belief the request is fraudulent. In the event we deny your request, we will inform you of the reasons for the denial in writing. For Residents of Other U.S. States: Subject to any exceptions or limitations, the laws of your state of residence may provide you with the right to opt-out of the processing of your personal information for the purposes of targeted advertising. If you are a resident of a state that provides you with this right, we will respond to the request within the timeframe required by law; however, we may extend the period for response, in accordance with applicable law, when reasonably necessary, in which case we will inform you of the extension together with the reason. If 10 Squared, LLC declines to take an action regarding your request, we will inform you of such if required by law, including the justification for declining to take action and instructions on how to appeal the decision.
